(I think I should be still on time but I'm not 100% sure :__D please delete my post if necessary)

Caught Covid during Holy Week and lost my silly little job because of it. That job made me very bitter and miserable, but losing it still was pretty upsetting at first. Oh well.

In 2022 I decided to sell some of my things online, because I needed the space and the money. This book is one of those things. When I was a teen I heard about ex libris and liked the idea so much I used this cat stamp I had in at least a couple of books. Took a pic before preparing the package because I thought it was cute.
In an old commercial of the app I'm using to sell these they had this slogan that I'm going to attempt to translate as: "let your old life help you start a new one". Perhaps it's bit silly to get this attached to a sentence that was made to sell me something, but I really like that way of framing this process, and I thought about it a lot while going through my things, choosing what I wanted to put for sale.
I managed to get rid of a bunch of stuff and I'm very pleased about that. It's not just the money, it's that... It's very hard for me to get rid of things, I get extremely attached to everything. Knowing that these things are going to someone who will use them and appreciate them, that they're getting another chance instead of going to the trash, genuinely helps me a lot when it comes to letting go. I own so many things that I don't truly want anymore, but I can't bear the idea of throwing them to the trash.

Started a new job back in November, and sometimes I still can barely believe it. Everything about this job feels like a miracle to me. It's temporary so it's not going to fix my life forever, but it's a great opportunity for me and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.
I'd rather not get too specific about the details because I'm paranoid like that. So here is a picture of the cat that hangs around one of the places where I work.
