This is one of the men's rooms at The House on The Rock in Spring Green, WI, where we spent part of our whirlwind off-season vacation at the end of April. Not the warmest time for places like Milwaukee or The Dells, but a lot fewer people!





This is Taco. She's five and sassy. I've known her since she was a kid, and she lets me put headbands on her at Halloween. Her favorite is the spider one - she head butts other goats with that one - but this one suits her.



This is the time where I was suddenly leading five llamas and an alpaca after their owner kept handing me leads. I had met them all before!

But this event was supposed to encourage 4H kids to get involved in the llama project. I was the only person who showed up, just to say hi. Whoops.

Success! Great to see the goat and llamas.

I visited the Dells in the off season a few years ago. We really enjoyed the boat tour, but I can imagine how packed that area could be when it's busy.

Love the goat & alpaca pictures. Visited a few Alpaca farms near us and my cat's favorite toy is a well-loved toy mouse made of Alpaca I bought at one of the farms a few years back. It is so loved and licked so much we gave her a new one for Christmas.
